Ericka Kelly is the CEO and owner of Ericka Kelly Enterprises. She is a global professional speaker, executive coach, and leadership trainer. Ericka was the 17th Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Air Force Reserve Command and the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of the Air Force Reserve. Ericka represented the highest executive level of leadership in the United States military.
In addition, Ericka has more than 27 years of government management and law enforcement experience. She served as a Criminal Investigator for the Departments Justice and Homeland Security. Among many acknowledgments, Ericka has received national recognition from the United States Congress for her experience, credibility, and executive leadership skills.
