Executive Coaching That Works

Executive coaching that works includes reflection from imperfections and harmony among chaos. Because of my background of abuse, toxic relationships, and self-limiting beliefs, I was ashamed of the things I lived through.

Not until I learned to get out of my own way and ask for help, did things start to move forward in a positive light.

My career pivoted when I realized it was okay to tell my story and showcase how hard the journey can be. As an executive coach in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties, I spend a lot of time helping my clients internalize the following three items:

  • Trust people who see your potential.
  • Don’t be afraid of dreaming big.
  • Keep fighting for you.

INTENTIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

The more I learn about leadership styles, the more I understand how important it is to be intentional in your own growth and development. While providing executive coaching in Los Angeles and Orange County, California, I learned the importance of my clients wanting to learn and grow. Executive coaching is all about determining specific leadership styles and being able to assess yourself as a leader.

The following list on how to improve as a leader comes from my mentor and global leader Tony Robins:

  • Make a plan.
  • Be passionate.
  • Model great leadership for others.
  • Don’t ignore your strength.
  • Set concrete goals and execute them.

My local clients who have received executive coaching in Orange County, California know there is nothing more important than higher awareness, self-development, and communicating with others in a positive way.

There is magic when a coach and participant are present and connected. Finding answers, getting results, and celebrating success is a healthy perspective in a coaching relationship. The participant is always in control.

WHY EXECUTIVE COACHING WORKS

Have you ever asked yourself if coaching really works? The answer is yes! Here are five reasons why it works:

  1. Personalized Learning: Executive coaching is tailored to the individual’s needs, strengths, and weaknesses. This personalized approach ensures that the executive is learning and developing in areas that will benefit them the most.

  2. Accountability: Having a coach provides an external source of accountability. This can motivate the executive to set, pursue, and achieve their goals.

  3. Objective Perspective: Coaches provide an outside perspective that can help executives see situations from different angles. This can lead to new insights and solutions that the executive might not have considered.

  4. Skill Development: Executive coaching focuses on developing leadership and management skills. These skills can improve the executive’s performance and the performance of their team.

  5. Emotional Intelligence: Coaches can help executives improve their emotional intelligence, which is crucial for effective leadership. This includes skills like empathy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.
