Facing transition is not as easy as saying the word. It is an active process of moving from what is familiar to (sometimes) an unknown environment. My first advice to you is to find an expert that can help in this temporary and unstable phase of your life.

Considering the realities of life
What about when our transition affects our career in a different way? As a career transition coach, you would think most of my time is spent with individuals receiving a promotion, having difficulties with subordinates, and/or facing retirement. If that is your theory, you are right! But I too help other types of people with their careers. They are individuals who are going through a difficult time in their lives. This includes a separation, a divorce, or the death of a loved one.
I deal with the reality of life and show my clients that they are not alone. I remind people not to run out of time before finding their true purpose.
